Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 to use Questify. If local law requires parental permission for someone your age, you must have that permission. A personalized-avatar selfie is processed only after you explicitly confirm that it is a photo of you and consent to the disclosed Questify and OpenAI processing.

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Questify is a productivity game

Questify helps you organize tasks and motivation. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Rewards, streaks, scores, and generated content are game features and have no cash value. Do not rely on the app where failure or delay could create a risk of harm.

Your content, planning features, and personalized avatars

You keep your rights in the task text, goals, voice transcripts, photos, and other content you provide. You give Reilly Ventures Pty Ltd a limited license to host, process, transform, and display that content only as needed to operate Questify, sync your account, provide support, create requested task-planning output, and create a personalized avatar you request.

Assisted planning is optional. Questify may process prompts on your device with supported Apple Foundation Models or send the text and related instructions through Questify's Supabase function to OpenRouter when the on-device model is unavailable. Voice entry uses Apple's speech-recognition technology; Questify uses the transcript and does not retain the raw microphone recording. Generated output can be incomplete or inaccurate, so review a suggested quest or plan before relying on it.

Upload only a photo of yourself that you have the right to use. Do not upload another person's image or illegal, exploitative, deceptive, or infringing material. Generated artwork can be imperfect and may not look exactly as expected. The Privacy Policy explains the explicit consent, temporary Questify storage, deletion process, and OpenAI API retention that apply to the source selfie.

Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

Questify may offer monthly and annual premium subscriptions. The App Store purchase sheet shows the current localized price and billing period before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. A subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings and restore an eligible purchase from Questify. Deleting Questify or your Questify account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store rules. Features and pricing may change prospectively as permitted by Apple and applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Questify, interfere with its operation, bypass access or purchase controls, probe or attack the service, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer except where law permits it, violate another person's rights, or use the app for unlawful activity. We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

Service changes and availability

We work to keep Questify reliable, but the app, online sync, avatar generation, and third-party services may occasionally be unavailable or change. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features. Where required, we will provide notice of a material change.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Questify is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. The liability terms and consumer protections in Apple's Standard EULA apply. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continuing to use Questify after an update takes effect means the updated terms apply, except where additional consent is required.
