1. Introduction

Questify ("the App") is a gamified task management application developed and operated by Reilly Ventures Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the App's core functionality:

• Account information: Your email address, display name, and profile photo, obtained through Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In when you create an account.
• User-generated content: Tasks, quests, XP totals, level progress, and other data you create within the App.
• Voice input (optional): If you use the voice task input feature, speech is processed entirely on your device. No audio is sent to our servers or any third party.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Account creation and authentication: Your email and name are used to create and secure your account.
• App functionality: Your tasks and progress data are stored so you can access them across sessions.
• AI-powered task organisation: Task text you enter may be sent to OpenAI's API to help organise and categorise your tasks. OpenAI does not use API inputs for model training.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Data is stored in data centres located in the United States.

5. What We Do NOT Do

• We do not track you across apps or websites.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
• We do not use analytics SDKs or third-party tracking tools.
• We do not collect location data.
• We do not serve advertisements.

6. Third-Party Services

• Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In: For authentication only.
• Supabase: For secure data storage and authentication.
• OpenAI API: For AI-powered task organisation. Only task text is sent; no personal identifiers are included.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at taylor@reillytalent.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Questify is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure authentication tokens, and database-level access controls.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
